Who are you?
I’m David Lai, CEO/Creative Director, of Hello Design, or Hello for short, a digital agency in Culver City.
What do you do?
I’m a designer. My focus is centered around anything digital, from websites to mobile apps to touch screen experiences.
What will you talk about at Creative Mornings?
I’m going to share what I’ve learned here at Hello over the past 13 years, the good and the bad.
Why did you choose to live and work in LA?
My first job out of college was for a small interactive studio in Santa Monica so that’s how I ended up here. I fell in love with the sun and have called this place home ever since.
What is your favorite place for creative inspiration in LA?
On my bike.
