On Wednesday, February 22, 2012, CECCO Ristorante, one of the Santa Ynez Valley’s top eateries, will be hosting a Winemaker Dinner featuring the Santa Barbara wine region’s own Dragonette Cellars. The pre-fixe winemaker menu will be offered from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
The menu, created by Chef David Cecchini, is priced at $55.00 per person and includes three (3) courses (plus dessert), each paired with Dragonette Cellars wines. Dragonette Cellars Winemaker, Brandon Sparks-Gillis, will also be on-hand to pour and to offer tasting “notes”.
