As many of you know, next Thursday—June 26—is our next Los Angeles Stories storytelling event at Bar Covell. These are always a hoot! And big news regarding our storytellers: they’re all design related professionals in honor of June being Los Angeles Design Festival. Who will these people be? Well, catch all the details after the jump!
You guys: tonight is L.A.S.! We’ve been pushing it all month because we want to see more of you guys there: we’re doing all these storytelling events for you guys. They’re intended for you to meet new people and hang out: please come! Anyway, how do you do it? Check it out below. The theme this month is also Gay in advance of next month’s Gay Pride month. Doesn’t mean you have to be gay to attend, though!
After a brilliant Photo L.A.S., we’re jazzed to get going with the next entry in our storytelling series. On this first day of May, we present to you the theme. What is it? How did we figure it out? Well, you know what May rhymes with? Gay. Thus, this month’s stories will be all about Gay and LA and the intermixing of the two.
Last week’s Photo L.A.S. may have been the best one yet. All the stories were funny and inspiring and everyone who came out of the event left jazzed. It was a great little mixer of people too, which is the whole idea behind the series. If you want an afternoon laugh, tune into the podcast of April’s L.A.S..
