We’ve had some time off but, now, we’re back—and it’s time for another L.A.S. at Bar Covell’s Sidebar! We’re super excited about this one and, to get you jazzed, we wanted to share who will be telling LA cold stories. Catch them after the jump!
It’s a new year. What does that mean? Time for us to resume getting people together to share stories of the city: it’s time for another L.A.S.! After taking December off, the next event is taking place on January 30 at Bar Covell’s Sidebar. What will January’s story be all about? Find out after the jump—and RSVP, too!
Ahhh…the day before Thanksgiving. It’s a day to not eat as much and to fantasize about all that you will indulge in tomorrow and give thanks for, potentially regretting all of the above the following day. It happens! It’s an American tradition. What else is a tradition? L.A.S.! Well, kind of. Last Thursday was our third entry into the L.A.S. canon and it was a very foodie affair. The event was a super hoot and, if you missed out, you really missed a great one. Thankfully, we recorded it for you.
It may be a rainy day and it may be the Thursday before Thanksgiving but we are totally expecting to see all of you at our latest L.A.S. tonight. It’s going to be a lot of fun! We’ll totally be talking about food and we *think* we’ve finessed the format so that everyone will be happy (AKA, it’s going to be a quicker night). I know you all—L.A.S. veterans and not—need a little update on how the night will be. Fear not: catch it after the jump. We added some new things to ensure that your L.A.S. experience is great.
It’s about that time again: we have another L.A.S. on the horizon and it’s time that we share a little news on who will be performing this go around. In case you do not recall, the event is happening November 21 at Bar Covell’s Sidebar and it’s a bit of a Thanksgiving pre-party. Think of it as your final LA-hurrah before headed out to wherever you are spending your holiday or, perhaps, it simply will be an ushering in to the most foodie week of the year. Regardless, you should come—we have great storytellers to share!
